The Unspoken Words – Body Language January 30, 2015
Enjoy business networking in a professional yet casual atmosphere. Enjoy fine food and a great speaker!
How many times have you been speaking
with a client and thought:
I wish I knew what they were thinking?
Are they interested in my services?
Do they understand what I’m saying?
Are we making a meaningful connection?Learning how to read body language will give you a deeper understanding of the people in your personal and professional life.
Are your words and body language giving different messages?
Can you read what’s going on around you to keep yourself safe?Albert Mehrabian found that the total impact of a message is about 7% verbal (words only), 38% vocal (including tone of voice, inflection and other sounds), and 55% non-verbal.Without knowing body language you’re missing 55% of what your friends, customers, and prospective customers are really saying.
As Claudia presents “The Unspoken Words” we will learn:
- What body language is and the various types
- Establishing a base line for a person’s body language
- Reading body language in your everyday life
If you are interested in what body language is really saying, then join us and learn Body Language Basics – Understanding the Unspoken Word.
