For all those who attended the January 2008 Wisconsin Business Owners Lunch & Learn, Ann Mazer talked about classifying someone as an Independent Contractor versus someone who is just an employee. She mentioned that there is a 20 question test you can take to determine that answer. A lot of people expressed interest in learning more about this test, and how they can get it.
